This upcoming week Essential Kids will participate in the Science Based Innovation Training on the Frontiers of Innovation approach to program development and testing at the Center of the Developing Child in Harvard University.
We are very interested in this training as it is an introduction to a set of guiding principles and tools that will help us translate science into practice and develop stronger programs as well as optimize our evaluation efforts.
We also look forward to meeting and connecting with educators and researchers at a global scale, sharing insights, and exploring the possibility of future collaborations.
How can we build better programs that achieve greater outcomes for more young children and their families?
The Frontiers of Innovation (FOI) community, challenges the traditional way of designing and evaluating programs. Their promising new innovation approach is a rigorous design process for developing, testing, deploying, and iterating programs. Check out their webpage here.
